Our donors will have first access to open dates and times for 48 hours. After that time, we will open reservations to the public.
Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We know that life with little ones can be unpredictable! We strive to be as flexible as possible to ensure your Wonder Bus experience is stress-free. Our goal is to be flexible and supportive while also protecting reserved dates and preparation time.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
Illness & Weather
Safety first! If the weather makes travel unsafe or if your household is under the weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule your visit as soon as everyone is healthy.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with advance notice may be eligible to transfer payments to a future booking. Short-notice cancellations may result in a partial or full forfeiture of deposits, as we reserve your date and prepare materials specifically for your event.
