What ages is the bus designed for?
Our activities and exhibits are primarily curated for children ages 2 to 10. Is the bus equipment safe and clean?
Absolutely! Safety and cleanliness are our top priorities. We use non-toxic, child-safe materials throughout the bus. Additionally, we conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all exhibits and surfaces between every booking to ensure a healthy environment for every child.
Is the Wonder Bus climate controlled?
Yes! The Wonder Bus is fully equipped with both heating and air conditioning. This allows us to provide a comfortable, temperature-regulated play space for children and families to enjoy year-round, regardless of the weather in South Dakota.

How do I book The Wonder Bus for my event?

What is included in a booking?
Each booking includes a set duration of supervised play, all materials for our interactive exhibits, and the full “Wonder Bus” experience brought directly to you. We handle the setup and cleanup so you can focus on the fun. At least one adult needs to be with the children to supervise aboard the bus.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events and birthday parties. However, don't hesitate to reach out for last-minute availability!
What are the space requirements for the bus?
We need a flat, level surface of approximately 40 feet in length and 10 feet in width, with clear overhead clearance. A standard parking lot or a large driveway is usually perfect.
Weather permitting, we will also set up an outdoor play space alongside the bus, typically on a grassy area.

The Wonder Bus requires approximately 40 feet of flat, unobstructed space to park and operate safely. Level pavement or dry, firm grass is perfect. We'll handle the logistics as long as we have a clear path!
Are there age restrictions for events?
Our mobile museum is designed for children from toddlers through elementary school (ages 1–10). For mixed-age events, we provide varied sensory and discovery stations that engage different developmental levels. Everyone in the family is invited!
Do you provide supervision during the event?
While our 'Wonder Guides' are on-site to facilitate play and ensure safety, we require adult supervision from the host party. Think of us as your play partners—we lead the exploration, you enjoy the magic!
What happens if it rains the day of my event?
Rain doesn't stop the wonder! Our bus provides a cozy indoor experience. For extreme weather or high winds, we offer flexible rescheduling options to ensure every child gets their day of discovery.
